* During this phase of our development, Rhema is building its' team through Independent Contractor (1099) positions. Most provider roles are compensated using a 60/40 revenue sharing model, with providers receiving 60% of collected revenue for services they provide and Rhema retaining 40% to support practice operations, technology, marketing, administrative services, and organizational growth.

* Spiritual Mentors serve as volunteer ministry partners. This ministry is supported through voluntary donations rather than client fees. 

​

* Compensation structures may vary by role. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process and outlines in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
